Judo promotes physical and mental health, and it's fun! Judo class incorporates stretching and plyometrics in addition to traditional Judo exercises, including rolling and safe falling, which condition our bodies for practice.
You can expect up to 30 minutes of cardio exercise each class.
Judo principles and dojo rules are centered around mutual benefit and welfare for all participants. Dojo cleanliness and safe practice are priorities.
